About the role:As an Admissions and Progression Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting students from application through to university progression. Working closely with the EP Riyadh team and the central EP Admissions team, you'll manage the end-to-end admissions process for EP University Pathway programmes while delivering an outstanding student experience.You'll guide students through their progression options, helping them make informed decisions and providing support throughout the university application journey, including accommodation and visa applications.This role primarily supports EP Riyadh but also works across other EP schools as needed, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys in a collaborative, international environment.Please Note: This role is based fully On-site, 5 days per week.Role and responsibilities:Respond to inquiries, provide information on programmes, and guide agents and students through the application process to an EP university preparatory programme. Receive, process, and assess student applications, ensuring all required documentation is present and accurate. Make decisions on student admissions under delegation or the Academic Manager. Ensure all applicants are informed of key application milestones and deadlines to support a smooth enrolment process and timely intake participation. Stay informed of current visa regulations and assist in preparing and updating visa guidance materials for prospective and enrolled students, ensuring compliance and clarity throughout the application journey. Build and maintain good working relationships with all internal and external colleagues. Prepare regular reports for management to review intake numbers, applicant progress, and overall admissions performance, supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support to students on progression opportunities, helping them identify and select appropriate university destinations and programmes. Provide guidance on the completion of university applications. Support students with visa applications, accommodation arrangements, and related enquiries. Liaise with the pathway delivery partner and university partner staff as required. Assist the Global Head of Admissions with core tasks during peak period. What you'll need:Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Experience in an administration role within university or pathway college admissions or recruitment. Experience with cross-cultural or international business relationships. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure. Experience of working successfully within a team, with a commitment to teamwork and collaborative working to develop and contribute to shared priorities, plans, and strategies. A record of attention to detail and of thoroughness. Actively seeking and acting upon feedback to improve as a professional. Skilled use of Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Desired Skills & Experience Experience of supporting students in applying to study overseas. Experience of supporting visa applications for overseas study. Experience using student management systems, admissions platforms, or CRM systems. Work or study experience outside of KSA.
