Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for an Admissions Counselor based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, the Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students and clients through admission processes, provide personalized consultations, and offer detailed information about education programs and immigration services. Day-to-day tasks include managing inquiries, conducting consultations, processing applications, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving enrollment goals. The counselor will also foster strong relationships with clients and maintain accurate records. Qualifications Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and general CommunicationExperience in Customer Service and SalesBackground in Education or familiarity with education systems is a plusAbility to build rapport with clients and understand their needsProficiency in time management and attention to detailFluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field preferredPrevious experience in admissions, consulting, or a similar role is desirable
