Team members are encouraged to contribute to a culture of compassion, innovation, and service while supporting the company’s mission of expanding access to care.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate new patient admissions for home healthcare services.- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital case managers, doctors, discharge teams, patients, and families.- Visit hospitals, clinics, doctors, patients, and referral sources to generate and coordinate homecare cases.- Understand patient requirements and coordinate appropriate home healthcare services.- Follow up on referrals, admissions, documentation, and service commencement.- Develop and maintain a strong referral network across Dubai.- Coordinate with internal clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding.- Maintain regular follow-ups with referral partners and patients.- Achieve admission and business development targets.Mandatory Requirements:- Fluent Arabic speaking is mandatory.- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.- Must have a car or be willing to drive regularly for work-related visits.- Willingness to travel across Dubai to meet case managers, doctors, patients, hospitals, and referral partners.- Previous experience in home healthcare, hospitals, clinics, healthcare sales, patient admissions, or medical coordination is preferred.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.- Strong knowledge of the Dubai healthcare market is an advantage.- Target-driven, energetic, and comfortable working in a field-based role.Important:This is not a desk-only position.
