GALI focuses on equipping future leaders with the skills and mindset needed to act responsibly and make a meaningful impact in a rapidly changing world.Role Description The Admissions Officer is a remote, contract role responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process for the GALI Mentorship Program. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing applications, assessing candidate eligibility, and ensuring a fair and consistent selection process. The role involves communicating with prospective applicants and their families, answering inquiries, and providing clear guidance on program requirements and timelines. The Admissions Officer will coordinate interview scheduling, maintain accurate applicant records, and collaborate with program staff to support enrollment targets and a positive applicant experience. This position also contributes to continuous improvement of admissions procedures and outreach practices.Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to support prospective applicants and stakeholders.Experience with international admissions or global education programs, including familiarity with diverse educational systems.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear, professional interaction with applicants and team members.Background or interest in education, youth development, or leadership programs.Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines with attention to detail and confidentiality.Comfort working independently in a remote setting, with reliable internet access and digital literacy.Bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.Prior experience in admissions, student services, or program coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
