Team members work in a student-focused environment that values integrity, accuracy, and personalized support.Role Description The Admissions Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Karāchi. This position is responsible for guiding prospective students through the international admissions process, including counseling on program options, entry requirements, and application timelines. Daily tasks include reviewing and assessing student profiles, preparing and checking application documents, coordinating with partner institutions, and tracking application statuses. The role involves providing clear and timely communication to students and families, responding to inquiries, and offering excellent customer service at every step. The Admissions Officer also supports information sessions, maintains accurate records in internal systems, and collaborates with colleagues to meet enrollment targets and uphold Ocean1’s service standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to support and guide students effectively.Candidates should possess experience or knowledge in International Admissions and Education, preferably related to overseas study programs.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple applications, deadlines, and documentation with accuracy.Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including use of email, spreadsheets, CRM or student management systems; familiarity with online application portals is beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business, Communications, or related discipline) is preferred.Prior experience in academic counseling, student services, or admissions at an education consultancy or institution is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Karāchi, maintain confidentiality of student information, and uphold high ethical and professional standards.
