development, delivery, and continuous improvement of adult-learning and continuing-education programs.The successful candidate will oversee program strategy, curriculum development, learner engagement, instructors, partnerships, budgets, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance while ensuring programs meet the needs of adult learners and employers.This role is ideal for professionals DoDevelop and implement an adult-education strategy aligned with organizational and workforce-development objectivesDesign and manage continuing education, professional development, vocational, and lifelong-learning programsConduct market and learner-needs assessments to identify emerging education and skills requirementsDevelop programs for working professionals, career changers, mature learners, and other adult audiencesOversee curriculum development, course structures, learning outcomes, teaching materials, and assessment methodsEnsure learning programs are practical, flexible, accessible, and aligned with adult-learning principlesManage instructors, trainers, facilitators, academic staff, and external subject-matter expertsRecruit, onboard, evaluate, and develop teaching and training personnelEstablish instructor performance standards and quality-assurance processesMonitor learner enrollment, attendance, completion, satisfaction, achievement, and retentionDevelop learner-support initiatives to improve engagement and successful course completionManage classroom, hybrid, online, and blended-learning delivery modelsImplement learning technologies, digital platforms, virtual classrooms, and online learning resourcesBuild partnerships with universities, training providers, employers, professional associations, and government organizationsDevelop corporate training and workforce-development programs for business clientsManage program budgets, pricing, resources, facilities, and operational expensesMonitor program profitability, enrollment trends, and financial performanceEnsure compliance with applicable UAE education, training, accreditation, and regulatory requirementsCoordinate quality reviews, audits, accreditation processes, and regulatory inspections where applicableDevelop KPIs and dashboards covering learner outcomes, program quality, enrollment, satisfaction, and financial performanceUse learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve programsIdentify emerging skills, technologies, industries, and labor-market trends relevant to adult learnersPromote lifelong learning and professional development opportunities across the communityPrepare executive reports, strategic plans, program proposals, and recommendations for senior leadership✅ What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Education, Adult Education, Training and Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field5–10+ years of experience in adult education, continuing education, vocational training, professional development, or education managementProven experience managing education or training programs for adult learnersStrong understanding of adult-learning theory, instructional design, curriculum development, and learner engagementExperience managing instructors, trainers, academic staff, or external educatorsStrong program-management, budgeting, planning, and operational skillsExperience evaluating learning outcomes, learner satisfaction, and program effectivenessStrong communication, leadership, stakeholder-management, and presentation skillsExperience with digital learning, blended learning, and learning-management systemsStrong understanding of the UAE education and professional-training environment is highly desirable🌟 Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Adult Education, Education, Learning & Development, Educational Leadership, Business Administration, or a related disciplineProfessional certifications such as CPLP, ATD, CIPD, SHRM, or equivalentKnowledge of adult-learning methodologies, competency-based education, instructional design, and assessment frameworksExperience with LMS platforms, virtual learning environments, e-learning platforms, and digital assessment toolsExperience developing programs aligned with professional certifications or industry-recognized qualificationsKnowledge of UAE education and training authorities and relevant regulatory requirementsExperience working with universities, colleges, vocational institutes, corporate academies, government training organizations, or professional training providersExperience designing programs for sectors such as technology, healthcare, finance, aviation, hospitality, logistics, engineering, or businessExperience developing corporate learning
