🗂 We’re Hiring: Advanced Excel Specialist🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time💼 Level: Mid-Level to SeniorWe are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Advanced Excel Specialist to develop, automate, analyze, and maintain complex Excel-based reporting, financial models, business tools, and operational solutions. This role will work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, HR, and management teams to transform large datasets into accurate insights and efficient business processes.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Develop advanced Excel models, dashboards, reports, trackers, and analytical tools.• Build complex formulas using XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, LET, dynamic arrays, and other advanced functions.• Develop and maintain PivotTables, PivotCharts, slicers, dashboards, and interactive reporting solutions.• Use Power Query to import, clean, transform, combine, and automate data from multiple sources.• Develop data models and analytical solutions using Power Pivot and DAX where required.• Automate repetitive Excel processes using VBA, macros, Office Scripts, or similar automation tools.• Consolidate and analyze large datasets from ERP, CRM, finance, sales, HR, and operational systems.• Build financial, operational, forecasting, budgeting, planning, and performance models.• Develop automated management reports and KPI dashboards.• Perform data validation, reconciliation, quality checks, and error identification.• Analyze business trends, performance metrics, costs, revenues, productivity, and operational data.• Translate business requirements into practical Excel-based solutions.• Optimize existing spreadsheets, formulas, models, and reporting processes for improved performance and accuracy.• Create standardized templates, calculation frameworks, and reporting structures.• Work with stakeholders to improve data collection, reporting workflows, and business processes.• Troubleshoot complex Excel formulas, models, macros, and data connections.• Maintain documentation covering Excel models, processes, assumptions, calculations, and automation logic.• Train and support employees in advanced Excel functionality and best practices.• Ensure sensitive business and financial data is handled securely and appropriately.✅ Requirements• Proven experience using Microsoft Excel at an advanced or expert level.• Strong knowledge of advanced Excel formulas, functions, PivotTables, dashboards, and data analysis.• Strong proficiency in Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, VBA, macros, or Office Scripts.• Experience working with large datasets and complex business reporting requirements.• Strong understanding of data cleaning, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.• Experience developing financial models, operational models, forecasting tools, or business dashboards.• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.• Experience integrating Excel with ERP, CRM, databases, Power BI, or other business systems is an advantage.• Strong understanding of data visualization and KPI reporting.• Ability to automate repetitive processes and improve reporting efficiency.• Excellent attention to detail and strong data accuracy mindset.• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical Excel solutions into business-friendly outputs.• Ability to manage multiple projects, reporting requirements, and deadlines.• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred.• Relevant Microsoft Excel, Power BI, data analytics, finance, or business intelligence certifications are an advantage.🌟 What We Offer• Opportunity to build advanced Excel-based business intelligence and automation solutions.• Exposure to financial analysis, operational reporting, data analytics, business intelligence, and process automation.• Opportunity to work with large datasets and support strategic decision-making.• Career progression into Senior Excel Specialist, Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Reporting Manager, or Business Intelligence Manager roles.• A data-driven, technology-focused, and collaborative work environment.• Advanced Excel, Power BI, data analytics, and professional development training.• Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits package.
