The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare training, facilitating simulation-based learning, and assessing participants' clinical competencies and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct classroom lectures, practical skills sessions, simulation-based training, case discussions, megacode scenarios, and competency assessmentsAssess participants' knowledge, practical skills, clinical decision-making, teamwork, communication, and adherence to established resuscitation algorithmsFacilitate engaging and effective learning experiences for healthcare professionalsConduct skills assessments, simulations, and competency evaluations in accordance with established training standardsParticipate in course scheduling, instructor allocation, and training preparationCoordinate training activities with internal teams and external clientsContribute to maintaining high standards of training delivery and participant experienceQualifications & RequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, clinical practice, or trainingBachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Paramedicine, Emergency Medical Services, or another relevant healthcare disciplineCurrent instructor certification from a recognized organization such as AHA, HSI/ASHI, NAEMT, Highfield, or another approved resuscitation organizationStrong teaching, presentation, communication, and facilitation skillsDemonstrated ability to conduct simulation-based training, skills assessments, and competency evaluationsStrong clinical judgment and the ability to effectively assess and provide constructive feedback to participantsProfessional, confident, and engaging approach to training deliveryCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary – to be discussed during the initial interview2-year work permit and residence visa, renewablePaid annual leaveComprehensive health insurance packageTicket allowanceOpportunity to work within a professional healthcare training environmentOpportunity to contribute to the development and competency of healthcare professionals
