Advanced Marksmanship Instructor

Innovative Reasoning, LLC is recruiting a candidate with remarkable military experience in small unit tactics, techniques and procedures, weapons marksmanship and manipulation including optics, land navigation, communications, and close combat.Responsibilities/DutiesAssist the II Marine Expeditionary Force, Expeditionary Operations Training Group (EOTG) lead military instructor with planning, coordination, and development of training materials, plans and schedules as required to support EOTG in the accomplishment of training objectives and to ensure quality training in line with EOTG's Course Objectives.Maintain proficiency in all tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) associated with assigned courses through After Action Reviews, Marine Corps Doctrine, and Standard Operating Procedures.Provide expertise for individual and small unit tactics, techniques, procedures, weapons marksmanship, and manipulation, including optics, land navigations, communications, and close combat.Instruct, assess, evaluate, and deliver training and oversight of training in accordance with provided programs of instruction.Serve as instructor/evaluator during pre-deployment certification exercises.Participate in High-Risk Training (HRT) and perform Operational Risk Management assessments to ensure that HRT events are executed safely.EducationPreferredHigh School or betterLicenses & CertificationsRequiredSecurity ClearanceEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
