Role Description The Director role is a full-time, on-site position based at Don Bosco Higher Secondary School in Walajapet. The Director oversees overall school operations, including academic programs, student services, and administrative functions, ensuring that the institution’s educational standards and values are upheld. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and mentoring staff, coordinating curriculum implementation, monitoring classroom effectiveness, and fostering a safe, inclusive environment for students and employees.
