l.Role Description The Director role at Mindoriented is a full-time remote position responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight across the organization. On a day-to-day basis, the Director will define and refine the company’s educational and business priorities, oversee program development, and ensure that learning offerings align with the mission of empowering children in communication, creativity, and cognitive skills. This role includes managing and mentoring cross-functional teams, coordinating with educators and content creators, and monitoring key performance indicators related to learner outcomes, customer satisfaction, and organizational growth. The Director will collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes, guide budget and resource allocation, and drive initiatives that enhance the quality and reach of Mindoriented’s online programs. Regular responsibilities also involve reporting to executive leadership, identifying partnership opportunities, and maintaining compliance with relevant policies and standards.QualificationsLeadership and management skills, including team supervision, strategic planning, and decision-making.Experience in education, online learning, or child-focused programs, with knowledge of curriculum or program development.Strong communication and collaboration abilities, including stakeholder engagement and relationship management.Analytical and organizational skills for setting goals, interpreting data, and optimizing operations and processes.Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, using digital tools to manage projects and teams across locations.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, learner-centered practices and supporting diverse children and families.Experience with budget oversight, resource planning, or scaling programs in a growing organization is beneficial.
