This role sits close to the COO and Clinical Operations leadership, shaping decisions on business development, healthcare analytics, and operational performance.What you'll do:Assess market trends and service gaps to identify growth opportunitiesEvaluate business cases, expansion proposals, and strategic partnershipsTurn operational and clinical data into executive-level insights and recommendationsDrive operational excellence initiatives that improve efficiency and patient experienceSupport executive governance forums and strategic reportingWhat you bring:Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field (Doctoral degree a plus)15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare business development, analytics, strategy, or performance improvement2-3 years supporting executive leadership in large healthcare organizationsStrong analytical, financial, and stakeholder management skillsInterested candidates can send their CV or reach out directly.
