Daily responsibilities include researching case law and statutes, preparing pleadings, contracts, and opinions, reviewing and organizing case files, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role involves coordinating with colleagues and clients, participating in virtual meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up on ongoing matters. This is a full-time remote role, requiring reliable availability during standard working hours and adherence to professional and confidentiality standards.Qualifications Strong legal research and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret statutes, case law, and regulations.Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, notices, and legal opinions.Effective advocacy, negotiation, and client advisory skills, with a focus on clear, professional communication.Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.Familiarity with legal practice management tools, document management systems, and standard office software.Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B or equivalent) and eligibility to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional integrity.Prior law firm or litigation experience is an advantage, especially with remote or hybrid work arrangements.
