Responsibilities
Review and enhance the implementation plans for Business Development strategies in alignment with the strategy of the Second Airports Cluster Company.Continuously monitor the performance of existing airline-related activities to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.Follow up on the preparation of reports assessing the effectiveness of revenue enhancement strategies within the aeronautical business sector.Oversee and evaluate Service Level Agreement (SLA) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as stipulated in contracts, in coordination with the Leasing and Facilities team.Develop and implement operational control plans for aeronautical business activities in collaboration with the Operations, Maintenance, Leasing, and Facilities teams.Analyze commercial performance reports submitted by concessionaires and contractors to evaluate contract performance and identify trends.Leverage data-driven insights to identify revenue optimization opportunities and improve operational efficiency.Organize and oversee formal service quality audits for concessionaire and contractor activities, including defining audit criteria, conducting assessments, and implementing corrective actions based on audit findings to maintain service excellence.Receive and review ad hoc audit results provided by the Operational Planning Department, proactively address identified gaps, implement corrective measures, and drive continuous improvements in service quality and operational effectiveness.Administrative Responsibilities:Employee DevelopmentSupervise the development of subordinates by setting objectives, identifying training needs, and evaluating training outcomes.Guide and support team members in carrying out assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.Policies, Procedures, and ReportingEnsure the implementation of policies and procedures across aeronautical business activities and operations.Contribute to the preparation of periodic aeronautical business reports as required to support performance improvement initiatives.Conduct regular meetings with subordinates to monitor work progress, discuss updates, review recommendations, and take appropriate actions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience
