Job Title: Aerospace Assembly TechnicianJob Code: JPC 6355Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEExperience: Minimum 5 10 years in Aerospace Sheet Metal AssemblyEducation: Trade Certification in Mechanical or relevant proven aerospace assembly experience; High School Diploma desirableJob DescriptionManufacture and assemble aerospace structural parts and components according to customer and company specifications.Perform sheet metal assembly for Class 1 aerostructures in accordance with required standards and specifications.Use assembly tooling, jigs, and pneumatic assembly tools effectively, including basic usage and repair.Read and work with design models, ERP systems, manufacturing plans, and assembly process specifications.Perform inspection and verification of assembled components and ensure quality requirements are met.Maintain a clean and safe work area, demonstrating strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and physical fitness.Experience with major aerospace OEMs, Lean Manufacturing, and ability to train and mentor team members is preferred.
