The compensation is commensurate to experience and will range between $90,000-105,000 per year plus bonus and includes comprehensive benefit and insurance plans, generous Paid Time Off, and a 401K plan with a company match.***Due to government regulations involving defense contracts, candidates must possess U.S. Citizenship in order to be considered for this position. Candidates without valid U.S. Citizenship need not apply.***JOB RESPONSIBILITIESLead quoting, kickoff, and execution of custom manufacturing projects from start to finishDevelop work instructions and initiate job routing documentation for productionProcure materials and ensure timely availability for manufacturing operationsManage 10–15 concurrent low-volume, high-precision projects at a timeInterface directly with customers to provide weekly updates and technical supportCollaborate with engineering teams to communicate project requirements and constraintsOversee testing processes for rotational components in dedicated test environmentsMonitor project timelines and adjust schedules using ERP and project management toolsEnsure compliance with industry standards and defense-related manufacturing protocolsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across production and project workflowsMaintain accurate documentation and records for all project phasesCoordinate cross-functional teams to meet delivery and quality expectationsResolve technical challenges and provide creative solutions for first-time buildsTrack and report project metrics to internal stakeholdersParticipate in customer meetings to review specifications and clarify deliverablesQUALIFICATIONS***Due to government regulations involving defense contracts, candidates must possess U.S. Citizenship in order to be considered for this position.
