quality assurance and quality-control activities across aerospace manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, supply chain, or aviation operations.The successful candidate will oversee quality-management systems, regulatory compliance, audits, supplier quality, non-conformance management, corrective actions, and continuous improvement while ensuring products and services meet applicable aerospace and aviation standards.This role is ideal for professionals with experience in aerospace quality, aviation quality assurance, aircraft maintenance, aerospace manufacturing, MRO, supplier quality, airworthiness, or aviation compliance.🚀 What You'll DoDevelop and implement an aerospace quality strategy aligned with organizational and regulatory requirementsManage and continuously improve the organization's Quality Management System (QMS)Ensure compliance with applicable UAE aviation regulations, customer requirements, and international aerospace standardsLead internal, external, regulatory, and customer auditsCoordinate quality audits, inspections, surveillance activities, and compliance assessmentsMonitor quality performance across engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, procurement, logistics, and operationsEstablish and monitor quality KPIs, objectives, scorecards, and performance dashboardsManage non-conformances, defects, deviations, concessions, and quality escapesLead root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programsEnsure timely closure and effectiveness verification of corrective actionsOversee supplier and subcontractor quality-management programsConduct supplier evaluations, qualification audits, performance reviews, and improvement initiativesMonitor supplier quality, delivery, traceability, documentation, and regulatory complianceEnsure appropriate control of aerospace parts, components, materials, tools, and technical recordsSupport configuration management, document control, calibration, traceability, and product conformity processesWork closely with engineering, production, maintenance, procurement, safety, operations, and regulatory teamsSupport aircraft maintenance and MRO quality programs where applicableEnsure compliance with approved technical data, maintenance procedures, work instructions, and quality standardsManage quality investigations relating to defects, incidents, customer complaints, and reliability issuesDevelop quality plans, inspection programs, audit schedules, procedures, and technical standardsPrepare quality reports, management reviews, regulatory submissions, and executive dashboardsSupport certification, approval, and regulatory surveillance activitiesPromote a strong quality and safety culture across the organizationIdentify opportunities for process improvement, automation, data analytics, and operational efficiencyLead and mentor quality engineers, inspectors, auditors, and quality specialists✅ What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field5–10+ years of experience in aerospace quality, aviation quality assurance, aircraft maintenance, aerospace manufacturing, MRO, or a related disciplineProven experience managing aerospace or aviation quality-management systemsStrong knowledge of aerospace quality standards, regulatory requirements, auditing, inspection, and corrective-action processesExperience with non-conformance management, root-cause analysis, CAPA, supplier quality, and quality auditsStrong understanding of aviation safety, airworthiness, traceability, configuration control, and technical documentationExperience managing quality teams and working with multidisciplinary engineering and operational groupsExcellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong attention to detail and professional judgmentStrong understanding of the UAE aviation and aerospace regulatory environment is highly desirable🌟 Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related disciplineProfessional certifications such as ASQ CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE, IRCA Lead Auditor, or equivalentStrong knowledge of AS9100, AS9110, AS9120, ISO 9001, and related aerospace quality standardsExperience with GCAA, EASA, FAA, or other recognized aviation regulatory frameworksExperience working with Part 21, Part 145, CAMO, MRO, or related aviation approval environments where applicableExperience in aircraft manufacturing, component manufacturing, aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul, or aerospace supply chainsKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D, SPC, and other quality-improvement methodologiesExperience using ERP, QMS, audit-management, supplier-quality, and quality-data analytics systemsExperience managing quality programs for aircraft, engines, components, avionics, or aerospace systemsPrevious experience working with UAE airlines, MRO organizations, aerospace manufacturers, defense companies, or aviation authorities is an
