AERZEN Blowers - Service Engineer

Job Location: GHANA, WEST AFRICA. We are looking to hire an experienced AERZEN Blower Service Engineer responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance, overhaul, and commissioning of AERZEN blower systems at customer sites.Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, troubleshooting, and overhaul of AERZEN blowers.
• Diagnose mechanical, lubrication, vibration, temperature, pressure, and performance related issues.
• Perform dismantling, inspection, bearing and seal replacement, reassembly, alignment, testing, and commissioning.
• Carry out installation and commissioning of new blower packages and associated equipment.
• Identify required spare parts and recommend corrective actions following inspections.
• Prepare service reports and technical recommendations.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with OEM procedures and site Health and Safety requirements.Profile of Candidate
• Qualification: BE Mechanical, HND, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands on experience servicing and maintaining AERZEN blowers.
• Strong experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, major overhauls, and commissioning.
• Good knowledge of bearings, seals, gears, lubrication systems, couplings, and associated blower components.
• Previous experience working with AERZEN, an authorized service partner, or a specialist blower service company would be preferred.
• International field service experience would be an added advantage.
• Must be willing to travel within Ghana, West Africa, and internationally when required.
• Good communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills are required.
