Team members collaborate across disciplines to ensure that each client receives cohesive, patient-centered care.Role Description The Aesthetic Dermatologist will provide clinical consultations, perform aesthetic and dermatologic procedures, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients seeking cosmetic and skin health services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting skin assessments, recommending evidence-based treatments, performing procedures such as injectables, laser treatments, peels, and other non-surgical aesthetic interventions, and ensuring safe, high-quality care. The role also involves educating clients on skincare routines, post-procedure care, and long-term skin health, as well as maintaining accurate medical records and collaborating with other specialists within the clinic. This is a part-time, on-site position based in New Cairo, requiring regular presence in the clinic and active participation in multidisciplinary care.Qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist, preferably with formal training or certification in aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology.Demonstrated expertise in common aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, laser therapies, chemical peels, skin rejuvenation techniques) and management of cosmetic dermatologic conditions.Strong clinical diagnostic skills, with the ability to create personalized treatment plans and integrate holistic approaches to skin, cosmetic, and overall well-being.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain treatment options clearly, and deliver patient-centered care in a premium setting.Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous professional development, including staying current with advances in aesthetic dermatology.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that includes cosmetic, physical, mental, and dental health professionals.Previous experience in luxury medical or aesthetic clinics, and proficiency in English and Arabic, are advantageous.
