The team works collaboratively to provide a professional, supportive environment that prioritizes patient safety, confidentiality, and satisfaction.Role Description The Aesthetic Doctor will work full time on-site at Bionix Clinic in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Responsibilities include conducting consultations to assess patients’ aesthetic concerns, explaining treatment options, and developing individualized care plans. The role involves performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as injectables, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation therapies, and other cosmetic interventions in line with clinic protocols and regulatory standards. The Aesthetic Doctor will monitor patient progress, manage follow-up care, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure informed consent and safety procedures are consistently followed. Collaboration with the clinical and administrative teams, participation in continuous training, and supporting patient education on skincare and treatment maintenance are also part of the day-to-day duties.Qualifications Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with valid license to practice medicine in the United Arab Emirates, or eligibility to obtain one.Specialization or substantial experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or cosmetic procedures, including injectables and laser treatments.Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to design safe, personalized treatment plans and manage potential complications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain procedures clearly, and provide patient-centered care.Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, infection control standards, and accurate medical documentation.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage in serving a diverse patient population.Ongoing interest in aesthetic medicine trends, continuous professional development, and participation in relevant trainings or certifications.
