Glow is recognized as a trusted destination for both cosmetic and medical skin concerns.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Aesthetic General Practitioner role based in Sharjah. The Aesthetic GP will provide consultations, perform clinical assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients seeking aesthetic and dermatological care. Day-to-day tasks include conducting skin examinations, prescribing appropriate treatments, and performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as injectables, laser-based therapies, and anti-aging treatments within the practitioner’s scope of practice. The role involves educating patients on treatment options, risks, and aftercare, ensuring informed consent and maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene. The Aesthetic GP will also collaborate with dermatologists and other clinicians, maintain accurate medical records, and support continuous improvement in clinical protocols and patient experience.Qualifications Current medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid license to practice as a General Practitioner in the UAE (or eligibility for licensure in Sharjah)Proven experience in aesthetic medicine and/or dermatology, including hands-on work with common aesthetic procedures and skin treatmentsStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills for a wide range of skin types, tones, and conditionsKnowledge of and adherence to evidence-based practice, infection control standards, and patient safety protocolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain procedures, risks, and outcomes in clear, empathetic languageDemonstrated ability to build long-term patient relationships and provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a multicultural environmentComfort using electronic medical records and basic digital tools for documentation, scheduling, and patient follow-upContinuous learning mindset, with interest in staying current on new aesthetic technologies, products, and treatment protocolsFluency in English required Relevant certifications or training in aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, laser therapy, skin rejuvenation) are highly preferred
