Glow is committed to safe, ethical, and innovative skincare practices that enhance patient confidence and well-being.Role Description The Aesthetic General Practitioner will provide on-site, full-time clinical care at Glow Aesthetic, Medical & Dermatology Clinic in the United Arab Emirates. This role involves conducting patient consultations, performing clinical assessments, diagnosing skin and aesthetic concerns, and recommending individualized treatment plans in collaboration with dermatology and aesthetic teams. The practitioner will perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures (such as injectables, laser-based treatments, and anti-aging therapies), ensure accurate documentation in medical records, and monitor treatment progress and outcomes. Daily responsibilities include educating patients on skincare regimens and treatment options, adhering to safety and infection-control protocols, coordinating with nursing and support staff, and staying current with advancements in aesthetic medicine and dermatology. The role also requires participation in case discussions, quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining a patient-centered, respectful care environment.Qualifications Licensed General Practitioner with recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and eligibility for registration to practice in the United Arab Emirates.Clinical experience in dermatology or aesthetic medicine, including hands-on practice with procedures such as injectables, laser treatments, and anti-aging therapies.Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills, with the ability to develop personalized treatment plans for diverse skin types and conditions.Knowledge of evidence-based dermatology and aesthetic protocols, including safe use of lasers, skincare products, and minimally invasive procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient education, informed consent, and collaboration with multidisciplinary medical teams.Commitment to patient safety, infection control, and adherence to local regulatory and ethical standards in healthcare practice.Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, manage multiple appointments, and maintain thorough, timely medical documentation.Fluency in EnglishDemonstrated interest in continuous professional development, including attending relevant workshops and trainings in aesthetic and dermatology fields.
