Glow’s reputation as a renowned beauty and skincare provider makes it a destination of choice for individuals seeking professional and effective aesthetic care.Role Description The Aesthetic GP will provide comprehensive aesthetic and dermatological care, including conducting patient consultations, assessing skin conditions, and recommending individualized treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures (such as injectables, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation therapies), monitoring treatment outcomes, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. The role also involves documenting clinical notes, following clinic protocols, collaborating with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals, and educating patients on skincare routines and treatment options. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates, requiring active participation in clinic operations, adherence to regulatory standards, and contribution to a high-quality patient experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong clinical skills in general practice and aesthetic medicine, including experience with laser treatments, injectables, and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.Candidates should possess skills in patient assessment, diagnosis of common dermatological conditions, and development of safe, evidence-based treatment plans.Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build patient trust, explain procedures clearly, and provide empathetic, gender-neutral care.Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, adherence to safety and infection control protocols, and the ability to maintain accurate medical documentation.Candidates should possess collaborative skills to work effectively with dermatologists, nurses, and support staff in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with valid GP licensure or eligibility to practice in the UAE; additional training or certification in aesthetic medicine or dermatology is highly beneficial.Previous experience in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic, familiarity with diverse skin types and tones, and proficiency in English (Tagalog language skills are an advantage).
