Glow offers a modern, collaborative environment for clinicians who value excellence in aesthetic and medical dermatology.Role Description The Aesthetic GP will provide full-time, on-site care at our clinic in the United Arab Emirates, delivering general practice and aesthetic services to patients seeking skincare, anti-aging, and dermatology-related treatments. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, taking medical histories, performing clinical examinations, diagnosing common skin and general health conditions, and developing tailored treatment plans. The role involves performing and supervising aesthetic procedures (such as laser treatments and injectables, as appropriate), monitoring treatment outcomes, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. The Aesthetic GP will collaborate closely with dermatologists, nurses, and other team members, participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, and contribute to protocols and best practices. Additional responsibilities may include patient education, maintaining accurate medical records, supporting clinic quality standards, and engaging in ongoing professional development and training.Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine and Family Medicine, with the ability to manage common primary care and aesthetic-related conditions.Experience in Primary Care settings, including conducting comprehensive consultations and coordinating patient care.Ability to collaborate effectively with Nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and efficient clinical services.Interest and experience in Training, including staying current with aesthetic and dermatology best practices and sharing knowledge with colleagues.Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid GP license/eligibility to practice in the UAE.Previous experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology clinics, or cosmetic procedures is highly advantageous.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered, culturally sensitive approach.Commitment to clinical governance, infection control standards, and ethical medical practice.
