A dedicated team of experienced medical professionals works collaboratively to deliver safe, effective, and tailored skincare solutions.Role Description This full-time, on-site Aesthetic GP role is based at Glow Aesthetic, Medical & Dermatology Clinic in Sharjah. The Aesthetic GP will conduct consultations, assess patient concerns, and develop individualized treatment plans for aesthetic and dermatological needs. Daily responsibilities include performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures (such as injectables, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation therapies), monitoring patient progress, and ensuring accurate medical documentation. The role also involves educating patients about treatment options, risks, and aftercare, collaborating with dermatologists and other clinicians, and adhering to clinic protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The Aesthetic GP is expected to participate in continuous professional development, stay updated on new aesthetic techniques, and contribute to maintaining a high standard of patient experience.Qualifications Licensed General Practitioner (GP) with valid registration to practice in the UAE (Sharjah/Dubai), and eligibility or current license with relevant health authorities.Proven experience in aesthetic medicine or dermatology, including hands-on practice with injectables (e.g., Botox, fillers), laser therapies, and skin rejuvenation treatments.Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop safe, personalized treatment plans for diverse skin types and concerns.Excellent patient communication and counseling abilities, including explaining procedures, managing expectations, and providing clear post-treatment guidance.Commitment to evidence-based practice, infection control, and clinical safety standards in an outpatient aesthetic and dermatology setting.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate medical records, and manage time effectively in a busy clinic environment.Fluency in English
