Glow is committed to safe, evidence-based care and delivering visible, long-lasting results for its patients.Role Description The Aesthetic GP will provide on-site, full-time medical aesthetic and dermatological care at Glow’s clinic in Sharjah. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, taking medical histories, performing physical and skin assessments, and recommending appropriate aesthetic and dermatology treatment plans. The role involves performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures (such as injectables, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation therapies), ensuring safe clinical practice, and monitoring patient progress and outcomes. The Aesthetic GP will collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals, document care accurately in medical records, and follow local regulatory and clinic protocols. Additional responsibilities include patient education on treatment options and aftercare, participation in case discussions, and supporting continuous improvement of clinical services.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong clinical skills in general practice and aesthetic medicine, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.Candidates should possess skills in performing aesthetic procedures such as injectables, laser-based treatments, skin rejuvenation, and anti-ageing therapies.Candidates should possess sound knowledge of dermatology principles, common skin conditions, and evidence-based approaches to skincare and cosmetic treatments.Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to build patient trust, explain procedures clearly, and provide empathetic, culturally sensitive care.Candidates should possess good documentation, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a busy patient schedule and maintain accurate medical records.Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with valid GP license or eligibility to practice in the UAE; specialized training or certification in aesthetic medicine or dermatology is highly beneficial.Prior experience in aesthetic or dermatology clinics in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage, along with familiarity with local health regulations and infection control standards.Commitment to ongoing professional development, adherence to ethical practice, and a patient-centric approach to delivering safe, high-quality aesthetic care.
