The successful candidate will play a key clinical and leadership role and serve as the face of the clinic to a discerning, high-profile clientele.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop personalized treatment plans focused on natural and refined resultsPerform advanced non-surgical aesthetic treatments, particularly botulinum toxin and dermal filler injections, within approved DHA privilegesServe as the clinic's Medical Director, supporting clinical governance, quality standards, and regulatory complianceEnsure the highest standards of patient safety, informed consent, clinical documentation, confidentiality, and post-treatment careBuild trusted, long-term relationships with a discerning and high-profile clientele, maintaining complete professionalism and discretionRepresent the clinic's European philosophy, clinical standards, and premium positioning throughout the patient journeyCollaborate with the wider clinic team to support the successful launch, development, and growth of the Dubai practiceRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsEuropean-qualified physician, aligned with European brand and clinical standards originating from AmsterdamMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic injectables, particularly botulinum toxin and dermal fillersActive DHA license preferred; candidates with completed DataFlow verification or DHA eligibility will also be considered given the clinic's opening timelineComfortable treating high-profile clientele with the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretionStrong startup mindset, with the motivation to help build and grow a new clinic in Dubai while delivering exceptional patient careFluent in English with excellent communication, consultation, and patient-management skillsBenefitsSalary + Benefits
