New Age Clinic combines innovation with a holistic approach to promote long-term well-being and confidence.Role Description The Aesthetic Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments and ensuring a positive client experience. Day-to-day tasks include performing facials, skin rejuvenation procedures, laser and device-based treatments (as authorized), and other non-invasive aesthetic services in line with clinic protocols. The role involves conducting consultations, assessing client needs and skin concerns, explaining treatment options, and creating tailored treatment plans. The Aesthetic Therapist also provides pre- and post-treatment guidance, maintains accurate treatment records, and follows all safety, hygiene, and infection-control standards. Collaboration with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals, supporting patient education, and contributing to a welcoming clinic environment are key aspects of this position.Qualifications Relevant certification or diploma in aesthetics, cosmetology, or a related field, with demonstrated experience performing professional aesthetic treatments.Knowledge of facial therapies, skin analysis, and non-invasive cosmetic procedures, including familiarity with laser and device-based treatments (e.g., Cynosure, Deka, Candela Gentle Max Pro) according to local regulations and training.Strong client communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear treatment explanations, manage expectations, and deliver supportive, empathetic care.Commitment to high standards of hygiene, infection control, and safety, including proper handling of equipment and adherence to clinic protocols and regulatory requirements.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, follow clinical guidelines, and maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage appointment schedules and prioritize tasks in a busy clinical environment.Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages commonly spoken in the region is an advantage.Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology clinic, or aesthetic center, preferably in the UAE or GCC region, is highly desirable.
