The clinic blends innovation with holistic wellness to deliver exceptional, client-centered results.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Aesthetics Dermatology role based at New Age Clinic in Abu Dhabi. The professional in this role will perform and oversee a variety of dermatology and aesthetic procedures, including skin assessments, treatment planning, and delivery of non-invasive and minimally invasive cosmetic treatments. Responsibilities include operating advanced dermatology and laser devices, monitoring treatment responses, and maintaining detailed clinical documentation. The role involves educating clients on treatment options, post-procedure care, and skincare regimens, while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards. The professional will collaborate with the clinical team to optimize patient experience, support continuous improvement of services, and participate in training on new technologies and techniques.Qualifications Clinical dermatology skills, including skin assessment, diagnosis of common aesthetic and dermatologic conditions, and formulation of appropriate treatment plans.Proficiency in aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, injectables (e.g., botulinum toxin, dermal fillers), and other non-surgical cosmetic interventions.Experience using advanced dermatology and laser platforms (e.g., Cynosure, Deka, Candela Gentle Max Pro or similar devices) with a strong focus on safety and treatment optimization.Strong patient communication and counseling skills, with the ability to explain procedures, set realistic expectations, obtain informed consent, and provide clear aftercare instructions.Commitment to hygiene and clinical quality standards, including infection control, accurate medical documentation, and compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.Relevant medical or clinical qualification in dermatology or aesthetic medicine (e.g., MD, DO, Dermatology specialization, or recognized aesthetic medicine certification).Valid license or eligibility to practice in Abu Dhabi / UAE, in accordance with local health authority requirements.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, with a client-centered approach and sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds.Ongoing interest in professional development, staying current with evidence-based dermatologic and aesthetic treatments and emerging technologies.
