Innovation, holistic wellness, and exceptional results are at the heart of the clinic’s approach.Role Description The Aesthetics Dermatology role at New Age Clinic is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. The professional in this role will perform and supervise aesthetic and dermatological procedures, including consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care. Daily responsibilities include assessing skin conditions, recommending appropriate treatments, operating advanced dermatology and laser equipment, and ensuring safe, evidence-based clinical practices. The role also involves educating patients on treatment options, skincare routines, and post-procedure care, while maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to regulatory and clinic protocols. Collaboration with the wider clinical team is essential to deliver a high-quality, patient-focused experience.Qualifications Relevant medical degree (e.g., MD or equivalent) with specialization or strong experience in dermatology or aesthetic medicine; valid license or eligibility to practice in Abu Dhabi/UAE.Hands-on experience with aesthetic dermatology procedures (e.g., laser treatments, chemical peels, injectables, skin rejuvenation therapies) and familiarity with devices such as Cynosure, Deka, and Candela Gentle Max Pro.Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history.Excellent patient communication and counseling skills, including the ability to explain procedures, risks, and expected outcomes clearly and empathetically.Commitment to safety, infection control, and adherence to clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and ethical practice.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, while managing time effectively in a busy, high-volume clinical environment.Strong documentation and electronic medical record (EMR) skills; attention to detail in recording treatments and outcomes.Continuous learning mindset, with willingness to stay current on new technologies, products, and evidence-based practices in aesthetics and dermatology.Prior experience in premium or boutique aesthetic clinics is an advantage; proficiency in English required, Arabic language skills are a plus.
