After Sales Planning Officer

You join a dynamic After-Sales organization focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Under the management of the Service Manager, you ensure the smooth coordination of service activities, administrative processes, and operational planning while supporting the development of the service business.Responsibilities Coordinate customer orders, partner requests, service activities, and the resolution of non-technical issues while maintaining effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Plan, schedule, and monitor technician interventions, product deliveries, and service operations to ensure on-time execution and customer satisfaction. Manage maintenance contracts, customer portal registrations, and follow up on service business opportunities including spare parts replacement, upgrades, and renewals. Coordinate invoicing processes, payment follow-up activities, and service administration in collaboration with the Finance team. Monitor spare parts inventory levels and coordinate spare parts, battery orders, and supplier quotations to ensure service continuity. Prepare, maintain, and update operational reports, service records, contracts, stock data, licenses, permits, insurance documentation, and compliance-related records.QualificationsMust have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in service coordination, planning, customer support, or after-sales operations within an industrial environment. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.What could make you even more unique Experience in the power distribution, electrical equipment, or industrial services sector.
