One of the reputed organization in the Sanitary & lighting solutuons industry is looking to hire a technically sound and customer-focused Area Executive – Customer Care to manage service operations across the GCC region, based in Dubai.The Area Executive – Customer Care will manage service operations across the GCC region, including establishing and managing service provider networks, handling technical issues and customer escalations, coordinating installation support, managing spare parts and service agreements, and analyzing service performance while maintaining strong customer relationships.ResponsibilitiesEstablish, onboard, and manage service provider networks across the GCC.Monitor service requests, repair timelines, service quality, and customer satisfaction.Handle technical issues and customer escalations to ensure timely resolution.Train service providers, dealers, project teams, and other stakeholders on product installation and customer care processes.Coordinate pre-installation, installation, and post-installation support for retail and large-scale projects.Manage spare parts availability, inventory reconciliation, service claims, and service agreements.Conduct regular market and project visits to identify service requirements and improvement opportunities.Analyse service performance, optimize operational costs, and maintain strong customer relationships.QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering/ Diploma or equivalent experience3+ years of customer service/after sales services experience in MEP /Sanitary solutions/HVACExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Mandatory to have a valid UAE driving license.
