Job Description

Manage the daily workshop and aftersales operations, including Service Advisors, Technicians, Quality Control, and other workshop staff.Make sure vehicles are serviced and repaired on time, with good quality and minimum repeat repairs.Manage aftersales targets, workshop productivity, service revenue, costs and customer satisfaction.Handle customer issues and work closely with Parts, Sales and Management to improve the overall aftersales business.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of automotive aftersales/workshop experience, including supervisory or management experience.Strong experience with passenger vehicles in an authorized automotive dealership or distributor, with good knowledge of workshop operations, service, warranty, customer complaints, KPIs, and team management.Strong leadership and communication skills, with a valid UAE driving license.How to Apply:Send your CV in word format to: SALESJOBZ2020 AT GMAIL DOT COM and use “Aftersales Manager” as email subject
