Location: Madrid AirportWe are looking for two people to join our team as Flight Operations Coordinators at Madrid Airport:Position 1 – Night Operations CoordinatorSchedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, from 22:00 to 07:00.The position will primarily cover night operations and will also provide support to the team when required, including coverage for absences and holiday periods.Position 2 – Full-Time Flight Operations CoordinatorFull-time position with a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday.The role will involve working across different shifts, including morning, afternoon and split/partial shifts, depending on operational requirements.Main ResponsibilitiesAttend to and coordinate the operational needs of operators regarding their flights.Receive and process handling requests via email, including changes to schedules, airports and airlines.Manage slots and flight plans to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of aircraft.Maintain and update the Airtable database, ensuring that all service records are accurate and up to date.Update schedules for future and completed flights in the relevant AENA systems.Process catering requests for flights.Coordinate passenger and crew transportation to and from aircraft, VIP lounges and security checkpoints.Request and coordinate aircraft maintenance and support services, including oxygen, fuel and wastewater services.Manage aircraft parking and coordinate any changes or modifications.Liaise with the relevant authorities to coordinate customs and security procedures for passengers and crew.Carry out the necessary procedures for the payment of airport fees.Coordinate with internal teams, operators, suppliers and airport authorities to ensure the smooth operation of each flight.Monitor operational requirements and respond proactively to changes or incidents that may arise during the operation.Qualifications and ExperienceFluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
