Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (On-site, 5 days per week)Remuneration: AED 30,000 – AED 35,000 per monthContract Type: Contract Start Date: Immediate / ASAPVisa Requirement: UAE Golden Visa holders strongly preferred / requiredIndustry Domain: Engineering & Construction (E&C) Role OverviewAn established enterprise delivery partner is seeking an experienced Agentforce Forward Deployed Engineer to partner on-site with a major regional enterprise client in the Engineering & Construction sector.

This role blends hands-on Salesforce engineering capability with forward-deployed consulting. You will embed directly alongside client stakeholders to identify business problems, rapidly prototype autonomous agent workflows, and deploy production-grade AI solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions and autonomous agent workflows. Work directly with client stakeholders to identify and prioritise high-value AI use cases. Rapidly prototype, test, and productionise solutions using a forward-deployed engineering model. Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce, enterprise data layers, and external systems. Translate operational and engineering challenges into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions. Advise on platform architecture, security, governance, and enterprise AI adoption. Lead technical workshops, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and working sessions with client teams. Collaborate closely with enterprise architects, developers, and business stakeholders throughout project delivery and rollout. Candidate Profile & ExperienceSalesforce & AI Expertise: Strong hands-on engineering background across the core Salesforce platform, accompanied by direct practical experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, or broader Salesforce AI capabilities. Technical Depth: Proven understanding of Apex, Flow, APIs, integration patterns, and enterprise Salesforce data architecture. Sector Background: Prior experience delivering technology solutions within the Engineering & Construction (E&C) sector. Consultative Delivery: Exceptional client-facing presence and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving project environments. Interpersonal Approach: Personable, pragmatic, and highly collaborative, with a track record of sitting alongside business units to turn operational pain points into functioning tools.
