Agentforce Forward Deployed Engineer, SalesforceContract | Middle East 40,000 AED per MonthWe are seeking an experienced Agentforce Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with a major client in the Middle East, designing and deploying AI-powered solutions across the Salesforce platform.This is a highly client-facing role for someone who combines strong Salesforce engineering expertise with the ability to quickly understand business challenges, prototype solutions and take high-value Agentforce use cases into production.Key responsibilitiesDesign, build and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions, including autonomous agent workflows.Partner directly with senior client stakeholders to identify, shape and prioritise valuable AI use cases.Rapidly prototype, test and productionise solutions within a forward-deployed engineering model.Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce, enterprise data platforms and external systems.Translate operational challenges into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions.Advise on solution architecture, security, governance and the adoption of AI capabilities.Lead client workshops, demonstrations and working sessions.Collaborate closely with architects, developers and business stakeholders throughout delivery and adoption.Experience requiredStrong hands-on experience across the Salesforce platform.Practical experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI or wider Salesforce AI capabilities.Strong understanding of Apex, Flow, APIs, integrations and Salesforce data architecture.Experience working within the Engineering & Construction sector, or delivering technology solutions into E&C organisations.Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable working independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.Willing and able to travel across the Middle East, including periods working onsite with the client.The ideal profileYou will be technically strong, personable and pragmatic, with a genuine ability to sit alongside client teams, understand how the business operates and turn problems into working solutions quickly.This role would suit a Salesforce Engineer, Agentforce specialist, Solution Consultant and client-facing problem solver in one.
