This role requires a blend of full-stack engineering expertise and AI/ML capabilities to design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.You will be responsible for architecting solutions that leverage cutting-edge AI technologies (including LLMs and agents) to enhance efficiency, automate processes, and deliver business value.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect end-to-end AI-driven solutions, covering both frontend and backend systemsTranslate business requirements into scalable and reliable technical architecturesDefine system integration patterns for embedding AI capabilities into applications🤖 AI & LLM IntegrationDevelop and integrate LLM-based solutions (e.g., chatbots, copilots, AI agents) into productsDesign workflows and pipelines for AI-driven automation and decision-makingLeverage modern AI/ML frameworks and tools to build intelligent systemsEnsure efficient utilization of LLMs with optimized prompts, APIs, and system design💻 Full-Stack Development OversightGuide and contribute to development across:Backend: Python (API design, microservices, integrations)Frontend: React (building intuitive and responsive user interfaces)Ensure seamless communication between frontend, backend, and AI components🔐 Security & Performance OptimizationImplement application security best practices across the solution lifecycleOptimize system performance, scalability, and cost efficiencyEnsure data privacy and secure handling of AI-driven workflowsRequired QualificationsProven experience in building end-to-end products with strong knowledge of both backend and frontend systemsSolid experience in integrating LLMs into applications or developing AI-driven solutions (e.g., agents, copilots)Strong programming skills in:PythonHands-on experience with:Frontend development using ReactWorking knowledge of:LLM-based frameworks, tools, and ecosystemsSolid understanding of application security and performance optimizationExperience designing and implementing scalable architecturesAbout StatusNeo :At StatusNeo, we take pride in being an agile software development and consulting firm with a specialization in D3 - Digital Full Stack, DevOps, Data Engineering, and AI.
