Agentic AI Architect – PDLC Engineering TransformationLocation: USA Remote – ESTWe are looking for a highly experienced Agentic AI Architect to lead the transformation of a large-scale software engineering organization from traditional Agile development to an AI-augmented, agentic engineering operating model.The ideal candidate will combine Enterprise Architecture, Agentic AI, AI Engineering, Cloud, DevSecOps, Software Modernization, and Engineering Transformation experience, preferably within Healthcare/Life Sciences or regulated environments.Key Responsibilities:Define the enterprise roadmap and future-state architecture for AI-native software engineering.Design Agentic AI architectures across the complete Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).Architect AI Engineering platforms including LLM Gateway, RAG, Vector DB, Knowledge Graphs, MCP, Agent Registry, Model Gateway, AI Memory, Observability, Evaluation, and Policy Engines.Drive AI-enabled software engineering practices including AI pair programming, autonomous code generation, AI code reviews, automated testing, AI documentation, and agentic DevSecOps.Establish enterprise architecture standards across cloud, microservices, APIs, data, event-driven systems, and AI infrastructure.Define governance, validation, security, and compliance frameworks for AI-enabled engineering.Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption, engineering transformation, and organizational change initiatives.Required Qualifications:12+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.8+ years of Enterprise Architecture leadership.5+ years leading cloud-native engineering transformations.Experience leading large-scale engineering organizations and DevSecOps transformation.Strong hands-on understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, MCP, LLMOps, and AI evaluation.Strong experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, APIs, and microservices.Experience with AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, PydanticAI, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI SDK.Experience delivering software in regulated Healthcare/Life Sciences environments is strongly preferred.Knowledge of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and clinical software validation is highly desirable.Preferred Domain Experience:Clinical Research, Clinical Trials, EDC, Clinical Data Management, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Devices, Digital Health, Healthcare SaaS, Bioinformatics, or Life Sciences.Preferred AI Platforms/Tools:OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Anthropic, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, NVIDIA AI Enterprise, GitHub Copilot Enterprise, Cursor, Claude Code, MCP, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, and LangChain.Interested candidates: Please send your updated resume to julie.k@arkhyatech.com
