Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Principal AI Architect with strong hands-on capabilities in AI/ML engineering, Agentic AI, MLOps, and AI product delivery. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in NLP, Computer Vision, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Agentic AI, Data Science, and multimodal architectures, combined with proven experience deploying enterprise-grade AI products. This role requires end-to-end ownership - from architecture and R&D to implementation, optimization, governance, and scalable deployment - using Python and enterprise backend technologies in production environments.The ideal candidate must have proven hands-on experience architecting and delivering production-grade Agentic AI systems, including autonomous and semi-autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration, supervisor/worker architectures, tool-enabled agents, agent memory, planning and reasoning, RAG/GraphRAG, and enterprise integration. The candidate should demonstrate practical experience taking Agentic AI solutions beyond prototypes into secure, observable, scalable enterprise environments.
