Senior Agentic AI DeveloperExperience: 6+ years overall, including 2+ years in GenAI/Agentic AILocation: Mumbai Job OverviewL&T Finance is looking for a Senior Agentic AI Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, production-ready AI applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in LLMs, multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and cloud infrastructure, preferably in high-volume B2C environments. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop single-agent and multi-agent AI systems using LangGraph, LangChain, Google ADK, and Pydantic AI.Build LLM-powered chatbots, voicebots, copilots, and conversational AI applications.Develop RAG pipelines using vector databases and knowledge graphs.Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and LLaMA.Implement MCP, A2A protocols, tool calling, memory, and agent orchestration.Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.Deploy and optimize AI applications on cloud platforms, preferably GCP.Monitor production performance, latency, reliability, and cost.Required SkillsProgramming: Python, FastAPI, SQLAI Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, Pydantic AILLMs: OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, LLaMA, MistralVector Databases: FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, GCP Vector SearchProtocols: MCP, A2A, REST APIs, gRPC, WebSocketsCloud & DevOps: GCP, Docker, GKE, Cloud Run, CI/CDExperience in production deployment, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, and LLM optimization is essential.Experience Requirements6+ years of overall application development experience.2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI.Proven experience taking AI applications from PoC to production.Experience building scalable, reliable, high-volume applications.Preferred: Candidates with experience in enterprise-grade Agentic AI systems, LLM fine-tuning, GPU-based inference, and production observability.
