You'll have 0-to-1 autonomy to put frontier LLMs and multi-agent frameworks into production financial and operational workflows — writing the service-layer code yourself, building the automated content loops, and owning the decisioning pipelines that shape real ad spend at scale.You have 4+ years of technical experience, expert-level Python and SQL, and you've operated independently on loosely defined, ambiguous optimization problems without leaning on existing abstraction layers. You've shipped real agentic systems and watched it move real revenue and operational outcomes.
