The company focuses on empowering SMBs to make informed decisions, optimize cash flow, and improve overall financial performance.Role OverviewWe are seeking a visionary Principal Agentic AI Engineer to architect, build, and deploy production-grade autonomous AI systems and operating ecosystems. As organizations transition from rigid rule-based automation to Agentic Automation, this role requires a seasoned expert who can bridge the gap between classic Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Management (BPM) workflows, and dynamic, LLM-driven AI agents. You will orchestrate entire workflows where AI reasons, plans, utilizes enterprise tools, and continuously optimizes business processes. Key ResponsibilitiesAgent Architecture & Orchestration: Design and develop multi-agent systems and coordinators using frameworks like LangGraph and CrewAI. Build agents capable of reasoning, decomposing tasks, planning, and self-correction. Legacy Ecosystem Integration: Leverage your extensive background in platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, and enterprise BPM suites to integrate AI agents securely with existing infrastructure, internal databases, and third-party SaaS. Context & Memory Management: Implement short-term and long-term memory systems, state graphs, and advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to ensure agents recall facts and maintain workflow continuity. Tool & API Integration: Enable agents to operate across various software by linking them via standard APIs and protocols to trigger execution natively. Governance & Evaluation: Design testing, monitoring, and observability pipelines to ensure autonomous workflows are reliable, secure, and compliant with enterprise policiesQualifications & Technical CompetenciesExperience: 10+ years in IT, with hands-on technical architecture and implementation experience spanning multiple enterprise RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and BPM (e.g., Pega, Appian, Camunda) platforms. AI & LLM Proficiency: Deep understanding of modern foundation models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama) and prompt engineering techniques. Programming Skills: Strong programming background in Python and experience with asynchronous processing, REST APIs, and microservices. Data Architecture: Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) and building RAG pipelines. Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to map business processes, evaluate process constraints, and design reusable intelligent automation frameworks
