Agentic AI Technical Expert

Think Media Labs is growing the number of people on its Agentic AI team, and we are looking for an Agentic AI Technical Expert to join us full-time in Dubai.We are looking for someone who is technically hands-on, has professional experience after graduation, and has worked directly on building or implementing AI and Agentic AI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, configure, and support the implementation of Agentic AI solutionsWork directly with project teams and participants as they build and test Agentic AI systemsProvide technical guidance on agent architecture, workflows, APIs, integrations, data, and system configurationTroubleshoot technical issues and implementation blockersTranslate defined use cases and business requirements into working technical implementationsReview AI builds, identify technical gaps, and recommend practical solutionsSupport testing and validation of agent workflows and actionsContribute to workshops, technical sessions, and implementation support activities as requiredWhat We Are Looking ForMinimum 2 years of full-time professional experience after graduation, ideally within an AI, technology, software, or related roleProven hands-on experience building or implementing AI solutionsExperience with Agentic AI systems, AI agents, or AI-enabled workflow automationHands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio is highly preferredStrong understanding of LLMs, APIs, integrations, workflow automation, data requirements, and system architectureAbility to diagnose and resolve technical implementation issues directlyAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience working within an established company or technology team is preferredUAE government or enterprise project experience is an advantageRole Details📍 Location: Dubai💼 Full-time role🎯 Level: Early-career professional with at least 2 years of relevant full-time experience after graduationCandidates should be able to share examples of AI or Agentic AI systems they have personally built or implemented, including their specific technical contribution.Candidates with direct Microsoft Copilot Studio implementation experience will be given preference.If this sounds like you, please apply through the LinkedIn job post.
