Agile Coach

Job Description:Job Title: Agile CoachLocation: Abu DhabiWork mode: OnsiteExperience: Minimum 8 yearsJob Overview: We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join our team. The Agile Coach will be responsible for guiding and mentoring our teams in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies, practices, and frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles and be capable of driving change across the organization.Responsibilities:• Mentor and coach teams on Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.• Identify and address impediments to team progress and Agile adoption.• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within teams.• Develop and deliver Agile training sessions and workshops.• Assist in the creation and improvement of Agile processes and tools.• Provide guidance on scaling Agile practices across the organization.• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.• Monitor and report on team performance and Agile metrics.Qualifications:• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar role.• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools.• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent certification is highly desirable.• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.• Experience with scaling Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.• Advanced certifications in Agile (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Agile Coach).If interested please share CV's - himapriya.gunukula@speridian.com
