Purpose: To drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement across technology teams by coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and ways of working to improve delivery effectiveness, collaboration, and organizational agility.Key Activities: Coach squads on Agile principles, frameworks, and behaviors across multiple business lines.Coach Tech Leads to facilitate ceremonies and own delivery cadence.Build Product Owner capability and effective backlog management.Coach Kanban teams on flow, WIP limits, and service-level expectations.Assess Agile maturity and drive improvements in team effectiveness and delivery performance.Onboard new squads to a standard operating model and reduce time-to-productivity.Ensure Agile practices satisfy change governance, audit traceability, and regulatory risk controls.Establish and monitor DORA and flow metrics in Jira and GitLab.Identify and remove organizational and process impediments to delivery.Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and transformation initiatives.Support alignment across squads, business lines, and technology initiatives.Partner with Chapter Leads on capability development, influencing without direct authority.Promote collaboration, transparency, and sustainable delivery.Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talents for their respective DepartmentManage, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and proceduresSet performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate/appraise the team and provide regular feedback on performanceUphold a high-performance working environment and promote the Organization’s ValuesQUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.8+ years in technology delivery, including 3+ coaching teams at scale.Payments, banking, or regulated financial services experience.PSM II, ICP-ACC, or SAFe SPC certification (good to have).
