CyberLogitec Vietnam is an ODC (Off-shore Development Center) in Vietnam providing service for SW Development, Testing and 24/7 Service Desk.We specialize in IT solutions for logistics business such as shipping, terminal & yard, warehouse, trucking and forwarding. We are researching new technologies for web, mobile, virtual reality and machine learning.We have lots of industrial experiences for more than 10 years in logistics business and technology area, and we are providing our service for our global customers in more than 10 countries such as Korea, USA, Thailand, China, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, UAE, Malaysia, India, Japan, Brazil and Singapore.Our top priority is creating customers’ value with high quality and global standard outsourcing service.JOB DESCRIPTIONLead the planning, execution and delivery project and ensure adherence to the project scope, timeline and budget;Define the project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business requirements;Develop and maintain a detailed project plan including tasks, milestones, dependencies and resource allocation;Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely completion of project tasks;Monitor project progress, track key metrics, provide regular status updates to stakeholders and highlight any risks, issues or deviations from the plan Identify and manage project risks and proactively address potential obstacles or delays to minimize project impact;Foster a collaborative and productive team environment and facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members;Ensure adherence to established development methodologies, coding standards and best practices;Conduct project retrospectives and lessons-learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions for future projects;Manage project documentation including requirements, design specifications, project plans and other relevant artifacts;Provide leadership and mentorship to team members and foster their professional growth and developmentREQUIREMENTSWell-proven experience in leading multi-regional/distributed Agile development project teams for product company or similar roles;Possesses solid knowledge and skill of software delivery, development process, and project management;Perform exemplary work in managing projects, practice/service, and mentor others in software engineering;Solid knowledge & practices with Agile methodologies;Expertise in using Jira and Confluence to manage project status and requirement scope as well as project information share;Knowledge and skillset to define team roadmap, product backlog (Themes/Epic) for Engineering teams;Strong ability to manage human resources;Good human relations skills, ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams;Excellent English communication – in both writing and speaking;Strong leadership, presentation, and problem-solving skill;Being organizational, analytical, and hustle.BENEFITSWell trained and dedicated to being able to catch the pace smoothly.Attracted salary based on the ability of the candidate and the general salary framework set by the company.Salary review based on performance every 6 months if your basic salary is less than 30,000,000 VND.
