Agile delivery managerOrchestrate delivery of business change within Agile frameworks, ensuring alignment between product, technology, and operational teams.Manage cross-functional dependencies across business units (loyalty, airport operations, contact centre), ensuring coordinated readiness for go-live.Drive change readiness and adoption, including planning of cutover activities, training coordination, and transition support.Ensure delivery governance and performance tracking, including sprint outcomes, risks, and stakeholder reporting aligned to programme milestones.Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams, ensuring that business priorities and operational realities are reflected in delivery plans.Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA.Bachelors degree in an IT related disciplineAgile Delivery Certification from a recognised industry body e.g. SAFe Agilist (SA)
