Guided by our core values, we don’t just deliver solutions, we create meaningful impact.Primary ResponsibilitiesTraining Program Design & DevelopmentDeliver role-based training programs tailored to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Development Teams with emphasis on hands-on exercises, real-world scenarios, and case studiesFacilitate high-impact in-person and virtual training workshops with 15-40 participants, delivering engaging, interactive sessions that promote active learning and knowledge retentionLead cross-functional team training programs focused on establishing high-performing Agile teams, improving collaboration, and strengthening team dynamicsAdapt training content and delivery methods based on audience expertise level, organizational context, and specific business challengesDeliver training through multiple formats including multi-day intensive workshops, half-day sessions, virtual instructor-led training (ILT), and blended learning experiencesManage training logistics including participant registration, materials distribution, facility coordination, and post-training follow-upCoaching, Mentoring & Application SupportProvide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to individuals to help them understand and apply Agile principles within their specific organizational contextPartner with participants post-training to address implementation challenges and reinforce learning through practical applicationLearning Outcomes & EffectivenessAssess participant learning through pre/post training assessments, practical demonstrations, and certification examinationsEvaluate training effectiveness through multiple metrics including participant satisfaction surveys, skill assessments, knowledge retention testing, and 90-day behavioral change trackingGather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and learning outcomesReport on training program metrics and ROI to organizational leadership and training managementKnowledge & Expertise DevelopmentMaintain current, expert-level knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean, and emerging Agile practicesStay current with industry trends, training innovations, and adult learning principles through professional development and industry participationActively maintain and renew professional certifications such as CSM, CSPO, PSM, PSPO, and SAFe Program Consultant credentialsContribute to organizational knowledge base through documentation of case studies, lessons learned, and training innovationsRequired Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and Agile transformations (delivery team member, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile coach experience required)Minimum 2-3 years of professional training delivery and facilitation experience with diverse audiences (20+ person workshops preferred)Current professional certification from a recognized Agile body: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance OR Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) from Scrum.orgDemonstrated track record designing and delivering training programs to technical and non-technical audiences in corporate environmentsStrong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage, motivate, and inspire diverse participant groups across all organizational levelsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong listening and coaching abilitiesExperience developing training materials and curriculum design including course outlines, learning objectives, assessments, and participant guidesSkills: agile,csm,training programs,training,workshops,coaching,scrum
