AgilLink Specialist

Business management firm is seeking a AgilLink Specialist to join their Los Angeles office.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day user support and troubleshooting for AgilLinkServe as an on-site point of contact for AgilLink-related questions and technical issuesAssist with workflow management and resolve application-related problemsSet up and maintain client and manager ledgers within AgilLinkWork closely with the in-house AgilLink Systems Engineer to escalate and resolve complex issuesAssist users with system functionality, processes, and best practicesHelp identify opportunities to improve workflows and system efficiencyProvide general technical support as needed within the business management environmentMaintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality when working with client informationQualificationsBachelor's degreeHands-on AgilLink experience is required — candidates without AgilLink experience will not be consideredBetween 1-3 years of experience supporting AgilLink users in a business management, accounting, or professional services environment requiredHire Options Inc. and its clients are equal opportunity employers.
