EXPECTATIONS FOR ASSISTANT General Manager/Head CoachA motivated individual, whose passion for COACHING paired with a solid understanding of sales and operational excellence supports both the General Manager to lead great classes, lead tours, and interact with potential members and existing members. What You'll Be Doing:Coaching & Center Operations:Coach with Confidence: Deliver our unique curriculum focused on strength, cardio, and mobility for 55+ athletesBuild Strong Bonds: Connect with members & grow the StrongerLife communitySales: Support the General Manager with sales activities, including:Tours: Lead 1:1 and Group Tours and inform potential members on the benefits of StrongerLife, group memberships, personal training, and convert lead to membersCommunity: Daily engagement with members, prospects and leads, and attend local events to drive awareness of StrongerLife.CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:Enjoy working in a highly social, active environmentExperience coaching older adults in functional fitness and weight-trainingIntermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanicsStrong communications and interpersonal skillsA flexible schedule that can include evenings and weekendsCPR certificationHS Diploma or EquivalentACE-Certified Personal Trainer, NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, or CrossFit Level 1+ credentials preferred but not requiredStrongerLife leaders and coaches exhibit the following DNA Traits:Professional: Demonstrates consistent excellence in behavior, appearance, communicationPassion: loves coaching and is passionate to serve people over 55Presence: Can command the room and maintain attentionPerformer: Can make classes fun and entertainingTeacher: Ability to communicate clearly and translate informationMentor: Builds deep relationships and connects with members
